NOTE 1: This is an 8 WEEK (1+7=8) in an 8 YEAR (2+0+2+4=8). This is the 5th week of a 7-week cycle in which all the week numbers are KARMIC TEEN NUMBERS. 8 is the number of POWER on the material plane. This week’s double-8 vibration can help us better understand the mayhem and confusion imposed by a flagrant abuse of power – and the clashes of power that are occurring all over the world.

Teen numbers are all extensions of 10, which has 10 times the power of 1. All the other numbers are multiples of 1. And all the teen numbers begin with 1 – the number of BEGINNINGS and ORIGINS – and the most basic energy – the ATOM.

11 (two 1s) represents the splitting of the atom, atomic energy and nuclear weaponry. 1 is the nucleus of all the other numbers (which is why nuclear matters are currently so prominent and why we cannot move safely forward until we learn what 1 has to teach. As a species, we have been painfully slow to learn, but that process does seem to be accelerating now. 11 is such an important number, after all, 2 cannot exist without two 1s. (1+1=2).

11 radiates ILLUMINATION and INSPIRATION. When approached with loving intent, 11/2 shines its brilliant light on vital details, and shows us how to deal with the issue at hand. But when 11 is infused with hate or indifference, our natural sense of empathy descends into manipulation, discouragement, violence, and even the deadly radiation of nuclear energy.

The decade of the 10s, 7 years of which were karmic TEEN years, brought much change to our planet, and ourselves. The final year of that decade was 2019. Then came 2020, when 19 brought our entire species to an abrupt halt – in the form of Covid-19.

It is important to remember what happened in 2020, and how it made us feel, because it ushered in a decade-long sequence of twenties. The TWENTY-TWENTIES! We cannot move safely through this decade until we understand the nature of 19, including what happened in the century of the 1900s and the transition into the 2000s.

WEEK 17 is the 5th week of a 7-week cycle in which all the numbers are TEEN numbers, ending in WEEK 19.

Then comes WEEK 20, a 10-week cycle in which all the Week Numbers begin with 2. And because SENSITIVITY is one of 2’s greatest powers, (the ability to feel, intuit, and recognize), our senses are on high alert. People know that this is a uniquely significant time in the human journey in which good vs evil is a reality, not a myth. History is our teacher.

On a karmic level, 17 is perhaps the most self-centered number of all. 1 = EGO and SELFISHNESS and 7 = MISPLACED PRIDE and ASSUMED SUPERIORITY. Thankfully, 17 also holds the highest propensity for not only obtaining knowledge, but also being able to understand the information on multiple levels.

In a year that focuses on POWER, the teen weeks will show us how powerless we actually are (which is often the case for teenagers themselves), and also just how powerful we have it in us to be! We, the people, ARE the power that fuels humanity – naturally so – which is why so much effort is being put into disempowering us. Moving from the 1000s to the 2000s takes us from the masculine age of I AM, to the feminine age of both I AM and WE ARE – the age of POWER SHARING.

1 IS INDIVISIBLE

WE ARE 1

AND 1 CONTAINS ALL THE VARIABLES – DIVERSITY ITSELF.

8 represents abundance. Un-evolved 8 represents GREED. 8 empowers. Un-evolved 8 overpowers and disempowers. It could be said that 2024 is the year of the bully – creating horrendous situations, so beyond belief that they make us go emotionally numb. And since our emotions are the main component of our WILL, we are unable to respond, or believe that any response could make the slightest difference. So, the bully continues to assault – with impunity.

We are likely to see large-scale karma at work this week, because 8 is the number of investment. It returns to us what we have given to the world, for better or worse. What goes around comes around! 8 represents abundance, and teaches us how to combine one or more things of limited potential into something of greater value. It enables us to adjust our priorities as we go, in order to maintain balance.

8 represents all forms of POWER, and the multi-layered POWER GAMES that are going on in the world today. The old war-driven system maintains its power by keeping the population unaware and confused, which is why we are being bombarded with disinformation and deception, and why factual history is being erased.

In the 1000s, the ruling powers learned how to inject false information into public consciousness and became adept at setting people against each other (divide and conquer). Propaganda is a cruel weapon which alters our perception of reality. But 2 represents transparency, perception, and the importance of nuance and detail. Amid all the corruption and atrocity in the world right now, it is the INFORMATION WAR that keeps it all going. The war on TRUTH.

And because 2 is feminine in nature, the war on women intensifies. If a woman does not own her own body, how can she be free? Feminine 2 is the number of FREE WILL. And for as long as the freedom of women remains in the hands of men, the world will remain dangerously out of balance.

17/8 brings lessons about when to stay and when to leave; when to increase your involvement and when to withdraw. We are learning to gauge how much of ourselves we are able to give to others while pursuing our own needs. 17/8 can help us to untangle ourselves from unwarranted guilt – the type that makes you feel responsible for events and circumstances that you can do nothing about, or which you could not have prevented or handled any differently at the time.

We are currently moving through a huge concentration of 2 energy: the millennium of the 2000s, and the decade of the 2020‘s, which is helping us to develop the powers of PATIENCE, PARTNERSHIP, and COOPERATION, without which it will be impossible to evolve beyond all this hatred, violence, and death.

This week’s 1 7 8 vibrations can help you expand your awareness. Wherever you are seeking answers, or if certain aspects of a situation don’t make sense, don’t be tempted to rush things along to get a quick result. Go more deeply into the details, and give yourself time to notice what you’ve been overlooking. Knowing what the problem actually is, is essential.

Time is a natural phenomenon, visible and measurable by the duration of the seasons, the tides, sunrise, sunset, and other natural cycles. TIME IS THE RHYTHM OF MOTHER NATURE. (Clocks and calendars are merely the instruments we humans invented with which to measure time). Patience is the ACCEPTANCE of time.

Their karmic nature is sending profound messages which reflect the seriousness of these times. 16/7 affects matters of SECRECY, SNOBBERY, and ARROGANCE. It exists in karmic form because humanity has failed to learn the principal lessons regarding the ABUSE OF POWER.

2024 is an 8 YEAR – the number of power itself.

No matter how things seem, or what we are told is happening, we are traveling through a strange fog, which comes from this 7 WEEK in a 3 MONTH (8+4=1+2=3). Whatever the situation turns out to be, there is no room for knee-jerk decisions or unplanned moves. Be prepared for uncertainty, the twisting of facts, and confusing distractions. And of course, on top of the fog that 3 and 7 produce, there is nothing as effective in camouflaging the truth than the fog of war.

If you find yourself ‘out of your depth’ in these deep karmic waters, keep in mind that the feeling of being “lost” is part of the karmic experience, and will result in your gaining the experience you most need.

7 represents WISDOM and DEEP UNDERSTANDING, the ability to analyze information, and orchestrate the details in a way that may enable others to understand it too.

7 is looking for TRUTH. It represents the INTELLIGENCE and the power of the MIND. It enables us to think, investigate, study, and produce ideas and practical solutions. 7 is both the student and the teacher.

Karmic 16/7 exposes aberrations of the mind, such as SECRETS and LIES – some of which are likely to be revealed this week. 16/7 exposes devious partnerships which conspire to control or outdo others, with no consideration for the harm and suffering caused by their actions. 16/7 brings strange and mysterious situations which appear as quirks of fate or sheer coincidence, and have no definitive explanation. This energy reflects a complete lack of self-awareness, accountability, and responsibility.

In its most positive form, 7 exudes SINCERITY and HONESTY. And although humanity is incapable of such an evolutionary feat at this point in time, these qualities are the basis of FREE WILL, which is what we are evolving INTO. The same is true of FORGIVENESS, which is the only answer to the suffering, insanity, and endlessness of WAR.

16/7 reveals how modern technology is used to saturate us with so much information that our minds cannot absorb it all, thus the tendency to skip the detail-rich history of a situation and believe the most uncomplicated version. Disinformation is spread by keeping it simple and repeating it constantly.

3 represents COMMUNICATION, a natural phenomenon which has been captured by a handful of people who decide what we the people can and cannot be aware of. LIMITING our understanding of reality is an assault on the MASCULINE MIND and the FEMININE WILL because freedom of thought and emotion propels us through this evolutionary journey called life. But we cannot express a thought or an emotion about something that we’re unaware of.

7 enables us to see through the propaganda, and actually understand the facts. However, this level of “reality-facing” also increases our fear levels, and that is exactly what the controlling forces want. Our own fear then becomes another weapon to use against us.

Fear of fear makes us too afraid to be afraid – when fear is the natural and necessary response to the experience. We cannot change what threatens us if we are too afraid to look at it. This may become more apparent in WEEK 16 as well-hidden aspects come to light and secrets are exposed.

At the same time, the propaganda machine will serve up their stories to deny what we see with our own eyes, hear with our own ears, or feel in our own hearts.

The theory that you have to choose between love and fear is an incorrect comparison because it undermines loves ability to love unconditionally. Fear is a natural emotion which love can soothe and heal – or use to warn and caution. Fear is waking humanity up right now! It is unaddressed fear that drags us into the darkness of denial, which in the end, attracts more fear.

When properly understood, and allowed to move, instead of being held-in (and prolonged), fear evolves into courage, confidence, and vital intelligence. Learn to accept your feelings of fear AND your feelings of confidence. Let the process they generate together bring you correct understanding.

In this energy, arrogance, pride, and vanity can result in downfall. The same applies to those who seek revenge, or have been engaged in some kind of conspiracy for the purpose of improving their own position.

16/7 allows the abuse of power to continue until the outcome of that abuse is thoroughly understood – and then, suddenly, the tables turn, and conditions change which cause the abusers to fall and fail.

7 is the learning number, and what we learn this week can help to prepare us for the 16/7 energy that runs through the entire month of AUGUST 2024 – the 8TH MONTH of this 8 YEAR.

8 is the number of POWER itself, and two 8s produce 16/7.

8 is also the number of GREED, which is addiction in one form or another. Past mishandling of 8 energy has produced the greatest and deadliest addiction of all – addiction to POWER.

This week, keep in mind that the ABUSE OF POWER, LIES, PROPAGANDA, GASLIGHTING, CONSPIRACY THEORIES, and FEAR, are the actual theme of this 7-day cycle.

You have the ability to move your life in a new direction, but you do not have the power to stay afloat in an old situation or frame of mind. This major crossroads is so busy that you cannot backtrack without the risk of some kind of collision or clash. So, look forward instead. Something new is calling. There’s no going back to the old you, or to the old reality in which the old you existed. It has all changed.

How can you proceed with dignity if you feel you are not being respected or taken seriously? With great tactand patience, that’s how. Be aware of how you are communicating – and more aware of what others may be experiencing. You must understand them if you want them to understand you. Do not cut off from your thoughts and feelings before you have a chance to understand them. In order to stand on your own two feet, you need clarity. Monday’s double-9 vibe is likely to pull our buried emotions to the surface even more forcefully, especially those pertaining to family matters and close relationships. 9 brings endings, and on a global scale that means THE END OF AN ERA. Circumstances, memories, and emotions intensify when 9 is active. 9 represents drama, trauma, completion, loose ends, global awareness, kindness, and LETTING GO of WHAT WAS (the past), so that WHAT CAN BE (the future) begins to FORM (present time.)

But this emotional upsurge could be harmful in those who are unable to tolerate their feelings and are compelled to act them out mindlessly instead of gaining the insight that comes from simply feeling them. WEEK 15 also focuses on the importance of finding one’s RIGHT PLACE in the world (geographical or otherwise). This is a matter of POSITION, and how people in powerful positions control every aspect of our lives – against our WILL – which is how we descend into fascism.

Fascism, authoritarianism, or nazi-ism does not rise, but pulls us down to its lowest of positions on the scale of human decency. And this is why THE HUMAN WILL must struggle to rise above it and not allow it to take hold.

Last week, French Premier Emmanuel Macron stated that France and other countries could have prevented the Rwandan genocide in 1994, but did not have the WILL to do so. And now, 30 years later, another genocide is occurring before the eyes of the world which could also have been prevented. But again the WILL – our feminine emotional energy – is so controlled by greed and the delusion of racial supremacy, that we the people are unable to stop the barbarity. And yet, the emotional outpouring regarding this and other atrocities is starting to have an impact.

The decade of the 2020s is a ten-year transition which is carrying us OUT of the masculine war-ridden 1000s, to a new millennial cycle of 2. In the 2020s, humanity is learning how to navigate our journey, with all its magnificent diversity, and the endless possibilities that LOVE provides. Humanity is evolving, despite the fellow human beings who are so terrified of this depth of change that they feel duty-bound to drag us back to a time that no longer exists.

Remember that 2024 is an 8 YEAR – the number of POWER, SELF-EMPOWERMENT, PERSONAL POWER, COLLECTIVE POWER, the POWER TO INFLUENCE, the POWER OF PEOPLE, and the POWER to CHANGE things.

THE 3 ENERGY of APRIL 2024 emphasizes all forms of COMMUNICATION – true and false – enlightening and disheartening. GASLIGHTING, DOUBLE SPEAK, and OUTRIGHT LIES are cruel assaults on the entire sensory system, the intention of which is to confuse the masculine mind and make the feminine feelings go numb.

Recognize the SMOKE AND MIRRORS strategies that have been used for decades. In the 1930s, the Nazis used psychological MIRRORS to deceive and misinform, and this practice is widely used today. The Hutus in Rwanda used this mirroring tactic to justify their genocide of the Tutsis. This is known as “Accusation in a Mirror” (AiM) in which someone accuses another of what he or she is doing – or wants to do. AiM is an essential part of the propagandist’s toolbox. It is a cruel weapon of war. Recognize the SMOKE – the blurring of the true picture – muddying the waters, and more recently, the use of “artificial intelligence” to obscure and hoodwink – and at the same time, KILL true creativity.

This week, remember that both 1 and 5 indicate strong CHANGE. 5 brings change suddenly, while 1 brings change through gradual progress. Sometimes, the sudden change that occurs in 5 is the result of the small changes made in 1 all coming together at the same time, creating unexpected outcomes.

That is what propels us. From the highest joy to the depths of despair – the entire emotional range is a measure of how free or un-free we are.

APRIL 2024 is a 3 MONTH in this 8 YEAR (4+8=1+2=3).

3 = PEOPLE and 8 = POWER. So this is the ideal energy in which to express ourselves openly and honestly about the self-destructive direction that governments, corporations, and egomaniacal billionaires are taking us in. Emotion is our honesty, and we will evolve to the same degree that we are honest with ourselves.

The instinct of KINDNESS originates in the WILL. Regardless of our physical gender, the WILL is our feminine energy – our ability to FEEL. And that is the essential part of us that the old system is relentlessly attacking; creating or exploiting situations so traumatizing that our feelings go numb, and using crises, disasters, and accidents to spread conspiracy theories which further divide an already divided population.

5 represents FREEDOM and CHANGE, both of which are in great jeopardy as we try to move forward in time. 5 gives us vital lessons which shock us with their suddenness, strangeness, and unpredictability. But 5 also adds to the FULLNESS of life by showing us contrast, alternatives, and variations.

Karmic 14/5 demonstrates what happens when we do not learn life’s lessons. It also highlights the consequences of POWER in the hands of inept, greedy, and hate-ridden people.

5 = DIVERSITY, without which there is no chemistry – no color – no variety – just sameness, monotony, shallowness, and emptiness. 5 also provides breaks from the turmoil, and brings spurts of excitement, creativity, and pure fun. We cannot move forward if we have nothing to look forward to. Nor can we move forward if we cannot admit our mistakes, or pretend that what happened didn’t happen.

This energy helps us to recognize our own addictions and denials, which if left unchecked, are not only self-destructive, but can also bring others down with it. Karmic 14 holds us back (and bounces us around) until we learn what our various experiences have to teach.

14 warns against impulsiveness and recklessness – and even those who believe they have nothing to learn are likely to learn a vital lesson or two this week. 5 represents ACTION and CONSEQUENCE, and 14 shows us the consequences of “playing with fire”, or ignoring obvious warning signs.

14/5 teaches us to be patient with our perceptions and give our feelings and thoughts the time they need to be correctly understood. As Einstein famously said: “We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.” Humanity is indeed moving to a different level of thinking – because we are feeling more deeply. This emotional increase is reflected in the rise of women in so many different areas of life.

5 represents mental and physical agility, resourcefulness, and cleverness.

As we continue to leave the darkness of denial, we see not only how utterly cruel and senseless the current system is, but also actual solutions and workable strategies for change – based on the value we place on ourselves and each other.

13/4 impacts our SENSE OF IDENTITY, as individuals, groups, nations, and as a species. WEEK 13 will show us the extent of how racism, sexism, and all modes of vilifying others has downgraded the quality of life on Earth. Our species is NOT the Human “Race”. The human “race” is the system from which we must evolve! We are individual human beings, each with a WILL of our own. And yet we are 1 species. 1 world. We are 1.

4 is the next stage of the creative process – the effort, work, dedication, the finer details, methods, and meticulous planning, which give SOLID FORM to our ideas.

No matter what our present age or circumstances, we all have much learning and healing to do from our own teen years, regardless of how much time has passed since then. So, in the next seven weeks, if memories arise which take you back to those days, keep in mind that your teens were formative years in which you were supposed to make mistakes – so that you could learn from them (which is largely what karma is.)

What we didn’t learn from our teen experiences, we carry with us into adulthood where the lessons become harder to tackle or even recognize. And remember that forgiveness (of both ourselves and others) is essential to the healing process, and that the healing process is essential to our evolution.

8 = POWER. The POWER OF COMMUNICATION and the POWER OF THE PEOPLE are now illuminated by 11, the number of LIGHT. However, it is in the 3 energy that people are most easily distracted, and those distractions are often too consequential to be ignored.

3 represents storytelling. But do remember that sometimes a story is fact and sometimes it is fiction, and sometimes it’s “based on a true story”, but is altered in various ways to make it more entertaining – or more deceptive.

3 represents the power of WORDS and IMAGES and hones our essential functions of SIGHT, SOUND, LANGUAGE, and UNDERSTANDING. And while it is obvious that Artificial “Intelligence” can fool a lot of people, the real danger lies in the end result of not being able to discern the authenticity of ANYTHING we see and hear, even when it is real. Whoever controls communication controls the world. And communication is certainly under a major attack.

1 is the number of LEADERSHIP. And therein lies another enormous problem, since most leaders today, even in countries that claim to be democracies, ignore the clearly stated wishes of the people, and are stuck in the violent past, unable to grasp that a more peaceful approach is possible – and necessary for our survival.

Our evolution is far from simple. It involves recognizing multiple layers of old programming that keep us tied to the unbearable system of the 1000s.

1 is the number of the SELF, the Latin word for which is EGO.

Because masculine 1 is the 1st number, old programming saw this as competition, contest, and a battle to BE #1. And because 1 leads the way, old programming believed that humanity must be LED and kept in line, (usually by the most inflated and narrow-minded egos out there), instead of by a more evolved mindset which paves the way for people to lead themselves – lead their own lives, according to their own individuality. 1 is the number of the INDIVIDUAL.

Old programming normalizes the insanity that is wreaking havoc and causing so much suffering on Earth today. But the depth of feminine magnetic 2 is showing us that real change IS possible provided we put considerable effort into seeing through the illusions that we’ve been programmed to believe are “normal”. This will not be easy. But what’s happening in the world, no matter how far away it may seem, no one is above this fray. It affects every single 1 of us. We are 1 evolving species that is terrified of real change. We are 1 world. We are 1.

2 takes us DEEPER into the mechanics of life – under the surface, the hidden workings, what’s going on out of the public view, and the players who enable what’s happening on the surface. It is so important to understand the “behind-the-scenes” nature of 2, and the real “power behind the throne.”

This is also a time to NOTICE the great generational divide and appreciate the importance of young people in general. They have a lot of healing to do – after all they were born INTO this mess. They have a lot to learn. And because their perspective of life is not yet totally ingrained, they also have a lot to TEACH.

Born in the mid-to-late 1990s and the early 2010s, GENERATION Z is an interesting demographic in this 8 YEAR of 2024. Z is the 26th letter of the alphabet, which adds up to 8, the number of POWER.

3‘s optimism is not as impractical as it sometimes seems. It can carry us through the worst of times, provided we do not deny the magnitude of what’s happening. As the great James Baldwin said: “I don’t think I’m in despair. I can’t afford despair. I can’t tell my nephew, my niece – you can’t tell children that there’s no hope.”

And as the saying goes, “Hope is the last thing to go, so hold on to it…”

NOTE 2: Next week, (WEEK 13), is the start of a 7-week cycle in which all the Week Numbers are Teen Numbers – KARMIC NUMBERS. This will shed more light on what we most need to learn, as it helps us heal from our own experiences as teens and young people, no matter how old we are now. We will evolve by healing the pain and other emotions that we have carried with us throughout our lives.

WEEK 11 RUNS FROM MONDAY, MARCH 11, TO SUNDAY THE 17TH

NOTE 1: 11 is such a powerful number, partly because it represents our position as we continue to transition from the male-dominated, ego-driven 1000s, to the potential peace and stability (balance) that the feminine 2000s offer. By nature, feminine energy does not dominate, but facilitates equality, with neither masculine mind or feminine emotion having the upper hand.

But we cannot understand the Master Number 11 until we learn the true meaning of the single 1 which represents the individual and the ego. The two 1s in 11 represent multiple individuals, connection, and relationship.

We have to pass through those two 1s in order to reach 2. But, as a species, our rejection of reality, and our refusal to see what’s right before our eyes – prevents safe passage.

1 is the number of SELF, and the road we are on right now is that of utter SELFISHNESS, and with it, SELF DESTRUCTION. And although humanity has never been so acutely aware of reality as we are today, there is still a long way to go.

March in this 8 YEAR is an 11 month (3+8=11/2).

We are now in the 11th WEEK of an 8 YEAR, in an 11 MONTH. WEEK 11 begins on MONDAY, MARCH 11…

8 is the number of POWER in all its forms, including the obscene power of bullying and intimidation. Including the power of NATURE. Including the power of THE PEOPLE, and the powers of COURAGE, RESOLVE, IMAGINATION, and LOVE.

There have been over 1,100 Israeli deaths since October 7, 2023. The latest Palestinian death toll is 31,000, including 12,500 children. 8,000 people are unaccounted for, presumably buried under the rubble that used to be Gaza. More than 72,000 have been injured, including 8,000 children. The pain and suffering is immeasurable as the extermination of an entire people, their achievements, history, culture, dignity, and their very existence is not just underway for the whole world to witness, but is gleefully celebrated, by extreme right-wing Zionists (not the Jewish people at large).

MARCH 11 is the first night of the Islamic holy month of RAMADAN.

MARCH 11, 2024 is also a MASTER 22/4 day in the world (3+11+8=22/4). 22 is the MASTER BUILDER and focuses on improving conditions under which human beings (and all of life) exist. 22 brings BIG ideas and LARGE SCALE endeavors into being.

22 can also be the MASTER DESTROYER and is SO selfish that it is prepared to destroy everything, including itself, if it cannot get its way. Both variants of 22 can be clearly seen now.

Here is an apt quote from George Orwell’s dystopian masterpiece, “NINETEEN EIGHTY FOUR”.

“The past was erased,

the erasure was forgotten,

the lie became the truth.”

When the letters in NINETEEN EIGHTY FOUR are converted into numbers, the total is 22.

NINETEEN = (41) 5.

EIGHTY = 11/2.

FOUR = (24) 6

5+11+6 = 22/4

The actual year, 1984, was a pivotal year in Israeli politics when the country was so divided that not even new elections would have changed the impasse. A coalition was formed, but the far right Likud party would eventually gain control and open the door to Zionist rule.

1948 also adds up to 22/4. That was the year in which Israel was “born” (14 May, 1948).

THURSDAY, MARCH 14 is the 145th anniversary of Albert Einstein’s birth. The connection to nuclear energy is obvious. 1 is the nucleus of all the other numbers and represents the atom. 11 represents the splitting of the atom, which gave birth to nuclear weaponry. March 14 is usually the 73rd day of the year, but in this Leap year, March 14 is the 74th day, and 7+4=11.

FRIDAY, MARCH 15 is a ‘double dose’ day in which your weekly forecast repeats as a daily forecast. This occurs when the month and day add up to 9. On these dates, circumstances and feelings intensify or reach a peak. Be sure to re-read your WEEKLY FORECAST on Friday.

SUNDAY, MARCH 17 is the 77th day of this 8 Year. 77 = freedom, fame, fortune, indulgence, excitement, and sex. 77 is the number of those of elevated or inherited position, or hierarchy of one kind or another. This is the energy of celebrity and privilege. But because Master 77 produces Karmic 14/5, there is often a struggle with addiction – to substances, power, money, applause – or anything.

14/5 arises from wasted or misused freedom, irresponsibility, and lack of accountability. 77/14/5 can bring a resounding ‘fall from grace’ brought about by scandal or ‘being caught’. 77 highlights the arrogance of believing in one’s own superiority or invincibility.

77 reminds us that in order to bring about large-scale beneficial change, we must feel our desire for change on a deeper level than we are accustomed to. Desire sets the power of attraction in motion. Intent (loving or unloving) determines the direction it takes. The mind tends to cut away from any emotion that feels uncomfortable. But in these dangerous evolutionary times, uncomfortable feelings can be our greatest teacher.

Karmic 14/5 demonstrates the consequences of recklessness and refusing to LEARN. So, this is a time to admit our mistakes and stop making them. Sometimes we have to make the same mistake over and over until one day we finally ‘get it’, and take a different and more mature approach. Both the United States and Israel have the 14/5 Major Karmic Influence etched into their national identities (“birthdays”).

The extra day of this Leap Year means that WEEK 10 starts on the 64th day of the year, which also adds up to 10 (6+4=10). And the last day of WEEK 10 is MARCH 10th.

MARCH 2024 is an 11/2 MONTH (3+2+0+2+4=11). 11 represents illumination (bringing truth to light). 11 both inspires and seeks inspiration. 1 represents the INDIVIDUAL. 11 represents multiple INDIVIDUALS. 2 is the number of UNITY and TEAMWORK. This connects directly with the concentration of 2 energy coming from the transparent 2000s and the 2020s.

And because March is the 3rd month, and 3 is the number of THE ARTS, COMMUNICATION, and POPULATION, our ability to honestly convey our feelings and thoughts is increasing. This may affect our trust in the sources we rely on for information. Hidden agendas and old tricks to manipulate and propagandize just don’t work anymore. The 3 energy of March is strengthened by the 3 energy of the 21st century (2+1=3). The current changes are rooted in time itself and will affect generations to come.

2024 is an 8 Year in the world, the number of POWER, and 3 is the number of PEOPLE. At a time when democracy (which is the closest we have ever come to FREE WILL) is severely threatened by authoritarianism and unrestrained cruelty, we must remember that FREE WILL begins with our ability to express ourselves – to literally BE ourselves.

FREE WILL is not selfishness – it is ever-increasing OPENNESS which is based on loving intent – not hate or greed. And because we are where we are in the course of time, the human WILL has started to rise up through this systemic oppression and is speaking loudly.

However, 1 is the number of BEGINNINGS, and this really is just the beginning of the WILL’s fight to free itself. And because nothing is predictable in these unstable times, we will have to learn as we go.

WEEK 10 is a 7-day cycle in which our rattled feelings can open our minds, and our ability to imagine new possibilities. Fear of change created a lack of imagination which caused us to repeat the same old behaviors and mistakes, generation after generation. That must change now – and it will not be easy.

Born ion February 29 When do people born on February 29 celebrate their birthdays in a non-Leap year? I am frequently asked by people who were born on February 29 which day they should celebrate their birthday.

February 28? Or March 1?

The answer is specific.

MARCH 1ST

You were still in the womb on February 28, so that is certainly not your birthday. And if your year of birth had not been a Leap Year, you would have been born on March 1st. Also, February 29 and March 1 both add up to 4, and this fact keeps you aligned with whatever your Life Path Number happens to be. You do not have two different Life Path Numbers.

A LEAP YEAR occurs every four years. An additional day (February 29th) ensures that the calendar remains in alignment with Earth’s rotation around the sun. However, that extra day can produce a vibrational “wobble” or see-saw-effect which is felt throughout the year, and in the case of LEAPLINGS, throughout the life.

BEING BORN ON FEBRUARY 29TH enables you to connect all the various aspects of your journey in an evolutionary way, even though you do have to contend with the Leap Year Wobble as you go through life. But rather than producing feelings of constant instability, this birth date can produce unusual levels of resourcefulness, adaptability, and determination.

2020 (Part 2) THE LEAP YEAR WOBBLE

2020 brings us into uncharted territory which is triggering our deepest fear – fear of the unknown. However, although these are times of massive change, it is important to notice those areas that have not changed at all because we cannot yet see viable alternatives. These critical aspects are easier to recognize in a Leap Year.

As the system of the 1000s continues to collapse, it is essential to our survival that we learn what 1 has to teach. As the first number, 1 LEADS. Notice how the major issues of the day revolve around those in LEADERSHIP positions. And notice just how unqualified, incompetent, and out of touch with reality so many of those people are.

The collapse of the old system is revealing how some ‘leaders’ are pushing humanity backwards in the hope that this will revive the old system. But that is impossible. Everything changes in the passage of time. Empires rise – and empires fall. And in the 2000s, the very existence of ‘empires’ is being seriously questioned.

1 is the number of SELF and our natural uniqueness. As a species, we are 1, and yet each 1 of us is a separate and distinct INDIVIDUAL — a ‘1-off’. You are the 1-and-only-YOU – among billions of unique others. But we give the power of our individuality away because the power-hungry convince us that only they can lead.

A LEAP YEAR occurs every four years. An additional day (February 29th) ensures that the calendar remains in alignment with Earth’s rotation around the sun. However, that extra day produces a vibrational “wobble” or see-saw-effect which is felt throughout the year. The Leap Year Wobble shows us how we have been going around in ever-repeating circles by CONNECTING past events to present events. Time passes, but nothing changes.

We organize our lives around our calendars. Birthdays, marriages, anniversaries, life events, religious and cultural observances, coordination, appointments, and planning. This is how we record our journey through time. The calendar has tremendous power – especially the Gregorian Calendar which is the most widely used around the world.

2 is the number of CONNECTION, and we have to connect 1 and 1 together (11) in order to reach the next step – 2. The change of millennium (from electrical 1 to magnetic 2) has disrupted our sense of certainty to a massive degree, and Leap Years seem to intensify things even more. Therefore, 2020 is likely to take our fear of the unknown to another level entirely. Human beings have a debilitating fear of CHANGE which we must overcome – because we also know that things cannot stay the way they are.

2019 brought us to the end of the decade of the 10s, and 10 brings CHANGE whether we feel ready for it or not. You see, there are only 9 numbers in the numeric spectrum, after which all other numbers can be reduced to a single digit. 10 brings us back to 1, but on a new level.

1+0=1

1+1=2

1+2=3

1+3=4

1+4=5

1+5=6

1+6=7

1+7=8

1+8=9

1+9=1+0=1.

19/10/1 is the holding pattern that contains everything we did not learn – and everything we need to know – in order to evolve into a new and more peaceful form of existence. 19 exposes hypocrisy and atrocity, so that healing can occur. 1 takes. 9 gives. The karmic energy of 19/10/1 is teaching us about the power of ‘give and take’ – compromise – individuals pulling together for the common good. And we are also seeing the deadlock that forms when fixed belief against fixed belief stops progress in its tracks.

Only by moving through unstable Karmic 19 and all those unresolved matters of the 1900s can we move safely into the 2000s. That bygone era still has much to teach us in matters of industry, banking, politics, war and peace, the racial divide, the gender gap, control of the ‘masses’, and how primitive those days actually were. We have experienced a LOT since then, including two world wars – and now is the time to learn and grow from those experiences.

The double-2 energy of 2020 translates as the Master Number 22/4.

22 is the most balanced form of 4. So, both numbers are equally important this year. Practical 4 is always present, while the more idealistic 22 moves through our lives in less frequent but more intense waves of both empathy and opportunity. Both 2 and 4 emphasize the importance of PATIENCE, DETAIL, EFFICIENCY, ORGANIZATION, and RIGHT TIMING.

22 pertains to the ‘masses’, or to use a more accurate word – PEOPLE. 2 is the number of CONNECTION. It connects individual people together. 22 is the number that connects people together on a global scale. And right now, the entire world is connected through a global dis-ease known as Covid-19 – or Coronavirus.

2 = SENSITIVITY and governs the respiratory system – the lungs – breathing – and the heaviest of emotions, grief. The heart and lungs are SO closely connected when it comes to the impact that emotions carry, especially when they are held in and denied access out of the body. It is impossible to look at what is happening to people, the animals, and Earth herself without feeling the grief of so much suffering and terror. We are evolving emotionally, and emotion is our response to experience. The heaviness we are feeling right now is coming from our awareness of reality, without which we remain in denial.

How heartbreaking it is to know that we are still tearing each other to pieces – dropping bombs on people in their homes – shooting children in their schools. Aren’t our lives short enough? Why must we kill each other? Why must we kill total strangers for some political reason to which they are not directly connected? Why do we tolerate such cruelty and disregard for life? And not just human life. What we do to animals is beyond anything I can describe.

The quest for certainty blocks the search for meaning. Uncertainty is the very condition which impels people to unfold their powers. ~Eric Fromm

This era of UNCERTAINTY reminds us that the future is not something to be predicted or be overwhelmed by. It is something to be created and participated in.

The decade of the 10s (which was also the decade of the teens) brought us to the next step – which is where we are now. After 19/1 comes 20/2. And it now becomes apparent, in the see-saw – roller coaster – Jack-in-a-box movement of 2020 and its Leap Year Wobble – just how unexplored the feminine side of life actually is.

2020 brings us firmly into the feminine 2000s and yet we are trying to live as if we are still in the masculine 1000s. The more we struggle to get back to the way things were, the further we drift from real, meaningful, systemic, and life-sustaining CHANGE.

Movement is life. Life is movement. But the push and pull of trying to move forward and hold on to the past at the same time is creating a deadly standstill. And look – the global system – the industrial system – the class system – is indeed starting to grind to a halt. Movement is restricted.

2 is the number of cooperation and coming together to achieve a common goal. 22 brings INVENTION to a whole new level. Not mere extensions of existing technology or ideas – but something completely NEW and untried. We live in a time of dire necessity – and necessity is indeed the mother of invention.

22 enables us to bring large-scale ideas to fruition. This is the number of the master builder, the mover and shaker, and the architect of well laid plans. 22/4 can greatly improve conditions for the general population. But in unloving and uncaring hands, it can bring untold chaos and suffering. 22 is also the MASTER DESTROYER.

When 22 is infused with LOVE, CARING, and COOPERATION, human life will have a chance to heal, evolve, move out of the deadly rut we’re in, and discover our true potential, despite the efforts being made to stop us.

2 represents DETAIL and THOROUGHNESS. We are dealing with complex intertwined situations for which accurate information is not immediately available. We must develop patience with detail, and instead of jumping to premature conclusions, learn to WAIT for workable solutions to form. 2 is the number of PATIENCE and slows everything down. But unevolved 1 makes us impatient for results and speeds everything up as we blindly race past the most vital details.

We have to stop racing through life. Competing. Comparing. Judging. Dividing. Separating. Until we stop racing, racism will remain firmly in place.

2 also reminds us that we are all fellow travelers on the road of life. 2 is always the result of TWO 1s, and when you turn those two 1s on their side, you have the equals sign. 2 is the number of EQUALITY. We have been programmed to believe that the accumulation of money is the mark of a person’s WORTH. In the 2000s, we are going to realize that this is a gross miscalculation – not only by those who have enormous amounts of money, but also by those who don’t.

The last time we experienced a Leap Year that was also a 22/4 year was 1984. And we cannot ignore the obvious connection to George Orwell’s prophetic novel, “NINETEEN EIGHTY-FOUR”, about a cruel, insane, dystopian, ‘up is down’ ‘war is peace’ world which bears a sinister resemblance to the world we live in today. Amazingly, this work may have been about a futuristic 1984, but he wrote it 36 years earlier in 1948, which was also a 22/4 Leap Year.

Here are some other connections between what happened in 1984 and what’s happening now:

The first MAC personal computers went on sale in 1984.

The first TED conference occurred in 1984.

The discovery of the AIDS Virus was announced in the USA in 1984.

It was in the 22/4 Leap Year of 1984 that MICHAEL MILKEN was at the height of the unprecedented insider-trading scam for which he was eventually sentenced to 10 years in prison and fined $600 million. And leaping forward 36 years, Donald Trump issued a pardon to Michael Milken in February, 2020.

12 years ago, in the Leap Year of 2008, and the final year of the George W. Bush presidency, the Leap Year ushered in a financial crisis that almost brought the entire global economy down. The banks were “too big to fail” and were abusing the global economy – gambling with it – risking it all. At the end of 2008, as this was reaching severe-crisis-level, the USA voted for its first black president, which was a shock to the ‘establishment’ in itself, and which brought the question of race right into the open. Racial and economic matters are intrinsically connected.

In the end, the banks had to be bailed out by the people, and the people were angry and afraid. Suddenly we were talking about austerity, eviction, foreclosure, unemployment, recession, depression, and the ‘banksters’ who were openly draining the wealth of the people – and continue to do so now.

Four years later, 2012 (a 5 year in the world – the number of freedom and sudden development) not only brought the re-election of Barack Obama, but also the height of the Arab Spring and the Occupy Movement – and a global condemnation of the political/industrial/military complex. The Will of the People was rising up in astonishing numbers to claim their freedom, city after city, country after country.

But then came the inevitable backlash and crackdown by those in power – along with a new awareness of how cold and militarized the police throughout the world had become. 2012 also brought Super Storm Sandy which hit the US East Coast in October, and Super Typhoon Pablo which hit the Philippines in December. We had not experienced such devastating and widespread storms before. And then there was the horrifying shooting of 20 little children and 6 adults at Sandy Hook Elementary School – which did NOTHING to change the gun laws in the USA.

In the Leap Year 2016 The World Health Organization announced an epidemic of the Zika Virus. And a vaccine was found to be effective against the Ebola Virus which broke out in West Africa three years earlier. 2016 was a 9 Year in the world – the number of endings, completion, and deep emotions. February 29, 2016 was a 22/4 day in the world, (2+11+9=22/4), and so the events of that particular Leap Year are being felt 4 years later in 2020. 2016 also brought the election of Donald Trump.

Going back 72 years, 1948 (another 22/4 Leap Year), brought us the creation of ISRAEL and the continuation of the brutal never-ending Arab/Israeli war.

WHO (the World Health Organization was established, and the NHS (National Health Service) was established in the U.K.

We are living through the end of an entire era in the human journey, the collapse of established norms – the establishment itself, and a dangerous wave of anti-intellectualism from which a new form of fascism is rising. The age of the bully is reaching a crescendo. These are dangerous times indeed in which the choices we make are vital to our future wellbeing – as individuals – as a species – and as individual parts of a living planet.

We are learning things now that we could not have known before. The more we evolve emotionally, the more we evolve intellectually. The vibrations of our feminine magnetic feelings are forcing open our masculine electrical minds – and that is why there is not only a surge of anti-intellectualism, but also a war on women – all over the world.

The Leap Year shakes things loose. INCOMPETENCE is something we may see a lot of this year – from people who are in over their heads and have no experience of what they are dealing with.

What we are experiencing now, both personally and collectively, is what we have to move THROUGH in order to evolve. No one is immune.
